Chickens galore! 😂 I leave for 3 days and population starts exploding 😂

I’m absolutely exhausted- but goat work is never done! 😂

Bred Loch Soileir Truly to Treasured Sunrise Atlas tonight! 😍

Now to go CRASH and then breed WAY too many does tomorrow 🤪

Duck ASMR 🥰🥰🥰

I don’t think there is anything more fun than listening to excited ducks earrings! 🥰

The girls have no real drama either 😊 Everyone is settling in super well, finding food, and no real excitement- which is PERFECT!

Except a naughty Nigerian trying to help me film 😂🤦‍♀️

This has gone SO well so far 💕 The biggest “fight” was on here 😂 There’s some blubbering and posturing, but very little actual drama from 2 grown bucks in rut being introduced. I have does cycling right now and everything- very minimal anything.

Hopefully it stays this way and they’re just all good happy boys!

Helios really needed a buddy as Hank will be leaving this fall and Dodo is still rude to him 😂

The Nigerians are just “too much” for the gentle Guernsey nature to enjoy their company during rut 😂🤦‍♀️

Freedom day for the new Guernseys! All bloodwork is negative for CAE/CL/Johnes (as expected) and all are adjusted to our food and hay, and nobody got any respiratory illnesses on transport- so a super easy transition it had been! 💕

This year we will be missing the wonderful Harvest Hoot at E F Home & Co. farm! 😔 This is always such a fun event and one of our yearly favorites!

But timing fell at the same time as the ADGA Judges Training in Indianapolis, and I’ll be going to that for the next 3 days.

We hope everyone heads out to the Hoot for a great event and I’ll be posting our future soap selling events soon!

Raise goats they said, it’ll be fun they said… 🤦‍♀️😂☠️

Ok, maybe I said that 😜 Goat breeding isn’t for the fate of heart! Or those worried about what the mystery moisture is 😂

David will be SO happy to hug me when he gets home from work…

Looks like we might have 3 breedings today! All to Hadron if they cooperate!

Heats have been SO slow to start this year! I feel VERY behind! 😂
