We’re excited to share that Hippotherapy is now being offered at Cody’s Destiny! MEET OUR TEAM!

In partnership with Heartshine Physical Therapy, this powerful, evidence-based therapy uses the natural movement of the horse to support improvements in balance, strength, coordination, and nervous system regulation.

Hippotherapy sessions are provided by a team that includes a licensed physical therapist, a certified therapeutic riding instructor, experienced volunteers, and our amazing horses. Sessions take place in the peaceful, supportive environment of Stride In Style Stables , where the rhythmic movement and steady presence of a horse helps the body and brain work together in new and healing ways.

We are honored to partner with Heartshine Physical Therapy to expand our equine-assised services offerings for children and individuals who can benefit from these unique approaches. We are a direct bill Step Up For Students Provider.

Bailey is a trusted mare with many years of experience as both a lesson horse and a therapy horse. Calm, patient, kind, and affectionate, she offers a steady and reassuring presence. Her gait is rhythmic, patterned, repetitive, bilateral, and predictable—qualities that help regulate the nervous system. Through her movement, clients are soothed into the present moment, where healing, connection, and personal growth can unfold organically. We love our Bailey a.k.a Boss Lady!

Nala, Sissy, and Bailey soaking up the sun together! These mares have built a little herd like no other. There’s something so special about watching them bond, support each other, and just enjoy being together out in the pasture. It’s a reminder that connection and a little sunshine go a long way☀️🕶️

That’s exactly what we strive to create here at SISS, not just better riders, but meaningful friendships that last far beyond the barn. 🌷
