Spice is an adorable little tan & white with a black mask pekingese puppy, born 7/28/26. He has puppy papers to be registered with UABR (United All Breeds Registry.) He was born in a commercial kennel, but he had a navel hernia and developed a fungus at the end of his tail which caused him to lose some hair, so he was rejected by the puppy broker. The breeder had his tail docked short and had the hernia repaired, and Spice came into rescue.

He is a sweet, gentle puppy who loves tummy rubs. He is microchipped, up to date with vaccinations and wormings, has been dosed with Nexgard Plus for flea, tick & heartworm prevention and has been checked "OK" by 2 different vets. He weighed 4 pounds 7 ounces on 10/21/26.

Since he is not old enough to be neutered, he will be placed with a neuter contract. When proof of surgery is received, adopter will be mailed a rebate check for $50.00

His adoption fee is $450.00

She is a super sweet, friendly, active baby who loves attention. She is microchipped, up to date with vaccinations and wormings, has been dosed with Nexgard Plus for flea, tick & heartworm prevention and has been checked "OK" by 2 different vets. She weighed 4 pounds 7 ounces on 10/21/26.

Onyx is a pretty little maltipoo puppy, born 4/22/26. She was born in a commercial kennel, then consigned to a dog breeder auction as a prospective breeding dog. Instead she was purchased into rescue so she can learn how to be a pet rather than living in a breeder's pen.

She is a very shy little girl and will need an experienced, patient adopter who can teach her that being a lap dog is a GOOD thing. She is sweet and playful and gets along well with other pups and with the barn cats.

Onyx is microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and wormings. Because she is too young to be spayed, she will be placed with a spay contract. When proof of surgery is received, adopter will be mailed a rebate check for $50.00

Her adoption fee is $350.00

If you would like to adopt Onyx, email me at [email protected] and request an application.

Cooper has had an interesting life. He was found as a stray and sent to a shelter, then adopted. His adopter was unable to manage him and so Cooper came into rescue.

He is a sweet boy once he gets to know you, but can be aggressive towards strangers so will need an experienced adopter. He is not house or leash trained, so will need work on both of those. Because of his tendency to snap if frightened, he should have an adult-only home. He has not been cat tested.

He appears to be a dachshund mixed with some sort of terrier (or possibly a wire-haired dachshund, but would need DNA testing to confirm.) The vet estimates him at 6-12 months old. He has been microchipped, neutered, and vaccinated, and dosed with Nexgard Plus for flea, tick and intestinal worms and heartworm prevention. He weighs 20 pounds.

His adoption fee is $150.00

Xena is a pretty tricolored dog who was found as a stray out in the woods, miles from anything. The people who found her couldn't keep her because they have health issues, and so Xena came into rescue.

She is possibly some kind of terrier, maybe mixed with smooth coated border collie, but without a DNA test it's hard to say just what kind of mix she is.

She does have the typical terrier puppy disposition. She is feisty, high-activity, playful and friendly. She is a little too interested in the barn cats, so would probably do best in a cat-free home. She got a good vet check, is spayed, and has been given age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dosed with Nexgard Plus for flea/tick/worm prevention, and microchipped. She weighed 32 pounds on 7/3/25. The vet estimated that she was born somewhere around 1/29/25.

Her adoption fee is $100.00

I can't rescue big dogs any more because of my health, so this cage has been sitting out in the garage for several years. Can anyone use it? Best offer takes it.
