❣️Just in time for the holiday weekend, we opened a brand NEW 2000 square foot play area! Dreamed up by us & built with love by 2 of our family members!❣️

Our resident dogs Kova, Keva, Dune & Flutter gave it a trial run & loved it! New turf…tunnels…climbers…jolly balls on swivels…tires…platforms…balance boards…all in a wonderful shaded area!

A great new place to challenge their minds & give them exercise! Enjoy our photos & let us know what you think!!!!

A fun idea from 5 years ago has turned into an annual community event that gives back! The Pavilion Pawty brought together generous business/individual donors, 16 teams of volleyball players, 23 bags teams, volunteers, spectators & supporters!

It takes a village…& together we raised $17,580 to be donated to the Janesville Police Department & Rock County Sheriff’s Department K9 Units!

That is $8,790 for each K9 Unit! The units that serve our communities & keep us safe! Much needed funds to assist with purchasing special gear, ongoing training support, vehicle modifications, life saving vests, or monies towards future dogs — all for the 4-legged paws that keep our Officers safe & protected when needed.

Our contest winner is Kristin Heminger LaPointe who guessed 17,208! Congrats!!

Today is also Kip’s White Dog Inn’s 7th Anniversary! We are lucky to be doing what we love each day…and in honor of year #7, our family will be donating an addition $210 to each K9 Unit so they each will be receiving $9,000!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who supported the Pavilion Pawty!

Much appreciation to all those who participated, stopped by, donated, sponsored & weathered a few sprinkles during our annual Pawty today!

We will share more event photos tomorrow along with totals from all your generosity!

‼️Tomorrow is the Pawty‼️

Here are a few event updates/reminders:

🐾 Checkin & warmups begin at 12pm. Please stop by the registration table to get your event tshirt, food voucher & pay your fee (if you didn’t ahead of time)
🐾 12:45pm we will have a few announcements followed by a group photo on the vball court
🐾 1pm tournament play begins. All teams are responsible for updating the brackets following their win/lose.
🐾 Food will be available at 12pm from Mike’s Mr. Pizza. All participants will receive a voucher for either a smash burger or piece of pizza. Want seconds? No problem - you can purchase more! Chips, cookies & bottled water are complimentary.
🐾 12pm-4pm Basket Raffles, silent auction, Plinko & 50/50 tickets will be sold!
🐾 4pm Raffles end - winners announced
🐾 Payments accepted: cash, check or Venmo
🐾 Bring a chair & enjoy the day supporting our local K9 Units
🐾 Officers & their K9’s will be present throughout the day. We encourage you to meet them & thank them for their service!
🐾 Port A Potty will be available
🐾 Rain or shine we will host event
🐾 Parking is available anywhere on the 5 acre property. Feel free to pull off in the grass. We encourage you to NOT park on Manogue Road.
🐾 Please remember that this is our personal property & all attendees should remain at the top portion of our property where the event is going on. There will be no tours of our boarding facility offered during the day. Cameras are visible throughout our entire property.

Today we said goodbye to Molly as she heads off to college this weekend! Molly has worked with us for over 2 years through the Milton High School Co-Op Program. She balanced her school work, busy sports/training schedules & her work at the WDI making her a busy gal!

We wish her all the best at Parkside where she will also play softball! All our best to you Molly!
