Happy Furever Fursday! It was another heartwarming week with 23 cats and kittens finding their new families! Please join us in congratulating Michael, Weiland and Passionfruit, Natasha and Yelena, Bleep and Bloop, Bard, Keel, Philo, Mr. Meow Meow, Atlas, George, Cookie, Crumble, Butterball, Cronus, Amelia, Orville, Lucky Charms and Trix, Wilbur and Rue!
Big thanks to our friends at IPJ Real Estate for providing our new families with their go home gear. "There's no place like home!", and we agree!

💕 🐾 Introducing… magnificent Maverick! 🐾 💕

Maverick is a sweet, playful 1-year-old mixed breed who loves stuffies, balls, car rides, and playing in the water. He’s a goofy snuggle-bug with a passion for play time! This handsome guy is house-trained, crate-trained, and he knows a few basic commands.

Once Maverick knows who you are, he’s nothing but tail wags and sloppy kisses! In shelter, Maverick can be uncertain when he sees people or dogs outside, which can cause him to bark. This is something we’ve just started working on, as he hasn’t been here long. He may cower around loud noises or unfamiliar environments, but he settles quickly once he feels comfortable. He will need a family that is willing to commit to him and give him time to settle in his new home.

Maverick would thrive with an active family who wants to continue his training and give him plenty of love, play, and adventure. He has lived with dogs and cats. We're looking for an adult-only home for Maverick.

🔴 Stray cats!
Two young cats, one male and one female, showed up on Market Road in Bridport two days ago. Both incredibly sweet, but very hungry. No microchips. If you recognize these cuties, please call us at 388-1100.

It's Alumni Sunday and today we have an update on Goose, formerly known as Alan. His mom provided us with a progression of his growth in photos and the following update!

"Hello! I adopted my cat, Goose almost 3 years ago when he was just 6 months old. I previously had another cat, Binx, who immediately took Goose under his wing and they are now inseparable! Goose is very happy with his big brother and is still a crazy ball of energy who LOVES food just like when I brought him home. Goose was the perfect addition to my home and I’m forever grateful I went to Homeward Bound to find him! I’m attaching some pictures of when I first got him and some more recent pics with Binx."
