Barn cat extraordinaire-Lucy. She’s a great mouser, and is super sweet.

Yes, Ali did want a peppermint.

Ali decided he wanted a little more color. Brown looks good on him.

It’s a rainy, blustery day at Francen Ranch today. Ali, Bullet, and Millie were enjoying the cooler weather.

The farrier uses the grinder to finish up the minis. Marilou is standing so patiently.

Farrier day! The farrier comes out every 8-9 weeks to trim the horses hooves (and put new shoes on Skit. He just has to be different). Everyone was nice and relaxed. It was a beautiful day.

When a new horse arrives at the ranch, they stay in a stall for a few days. They can smell their new friends over the fence. There’s a lot of squealing and carrying on. Ali was let out today. Bullet and Millie are his new roomies. Bullet is the alpha, so he went up to whisper in Ali’s ear and tell him to watch himself. Ali told him to get lost. After a few minutes of running around, they were all eating at the feeder. They’re such goofballs.
