Another good year at Woofstock. Even though none of our sweet dogs got any applications for adoption they had a great time getting out and meeting new people and dog friends. A huge THANK YOU to all that came and donated to the rescue, and to our wonderful volunteers that came out and helped walk and socialize dogs, and for the crew of Prescott Dog Magazine that puts this event on every year. We met some wonderful new supporters and got to see a few of our alumni dogs.

BRODI IS SIGNING UP TO BE OUR NEW TRANSPORT BUS DRIVER.

The engines hummed to life as Brodi, a handsome, tan dog with an undeniably sweet smile, took his rightful place at the steering wheel of the "Out of the Shelters Ranch" transport bus. Behind him, the festive white shuttle—proudly displaying its mission to save animals "one by one, until there are none"—was ready for another vital rescue mission.

Here is how the scene unfolded:

Brodi's Big Mission
The Captain at the Wheel: As captured in image000000(1).jpg, Brodi looked every bit the professional driver. With his floppy brown ears catching the morning breeze and his expressive eyes locked onto the road ahead, he held a steady gaze, confident in his driving abilities. His gentle, happy expression suggested that there was no place he'd rather be than leading the pack toward a bright future.

The Rescue Ride: The transport bus from DSC_3840.jpg, adorned with candy canes, blue paw prints, and Christmas lights, was fully prepped for the journey. Peeking out from the side windows, other rescue passengers settled in, reassured by the steady, capable hands (or rather, paws) of their driver.

With Brodi navigating the route, the AARF Animal Rescue and Sanctuary shuttle rolled out smoothly, bringing hope, safety, and a whole lot of tail-wagging joy to the next stop on the map.
