A very Happy Birthday to another one of our great volunteers. Shirley Culliney puts together our newsletters and organizes some of our fundraisers amongst other things. Like all of them she is a valuable part of this rescue. Shirley we hope you have the best day ever.

I was able to get a picture of mom and 5 of the babies. They will be ready for adoption in another week.

GOING HOME...
Another great adoption day. This handsome boy, Buster, came in with two of his siblings from a family that had way too many dogs. He is such a loving and layback dog and now has another dog friend to play with, who has about the same personality. Also, two loving parents to take him hiking, camping, spoil him, and also to teach him to be the best dog he can be. Happy Tails Buster.

If anyone has some gently used bath towels they are needing to rehome AARF Animal Rescue and Sanctuary can certainly use them. You can either bring them by, 6639 S. Country Rd. Mayer, AZ, or call us ,928-925-7219, if you are not able to come out. If our gate is closed it's ok to leave them by the gate and we'll pick them up. Thank you so much for your generosity.

GOING HOME...
Yesterday was a great day for one of our senior girls. Miss Tali came to us when her owner passed away unexpectedly. She came in with another dog friend, Rhea, and we were told they were a bonded pair, but after about a month we found out that wasn't necessarily true. They were good together but sometimes when the excitement level went up Tali would get a bit pushy with Rhea, so we put a fence between them in their yard so they could be together but separate. A nice family that had adopted from us 8 years ago came out looking for another companion because the other dog had passed away. They met Tali and one other dog and decided Tali was the fit for them. We are always thrilled when we get an adoption but a family that is willing to take in a senior dog is even more special. Tali will have a very large yard to play in, go for her daily walks, and three loving adults to take care of her every need and give her the love that she is looking for. Happy Tails to our sweet girl Miss Tali.

MOM IS ABOUT 2 YEARS OLD, AND PUPS ARE ABOUT 6 MONTHS OLD, ALL FEMALES. NONE ARE ALTERED, AND I'M NOT SURE IF VACCINES ARE UP TO DATE. MOM IS A MEDIUM SIZED GIRL AND PUPS DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY WILL BE VERY BIG. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE.
