We have some amazing news! Tito came to us a couple months ago. He was emaciated and terrified. He’s had several meet and greets that never went well….he is a chihuahua after all. Well yesterday the meet and greet wasn’t any better but they saw though his attitude and wanted to bring him home. Look at him now! Happy Forever Tito 💜
