This mama just accepted 3 babies that were cold dehydrated and starving, as if they were her own!

I witnessed a special moment I have to share with our wonderful “cat lovers” family✨

I found three little abandoned kittens who were cold, dehydrated, and lethargic. After cleaning them up, they started crying, so I opened the door to see if my new momma cat would accept them alongside her four little babies. Not a single second of hesitation, the moment she heard those cries, she ran over, gently grabbed one by the leg, and pulled it straight into the nest with her sleeping babies!
I placed the other two in the kitten pile, and she immediately started licking them and then she laid down to nurse all 7.

Watching her claim these tiny lives like her own gave them a better chance of survival because they will get her immunities.

Moments like this make up for some of the tough times.

I walked away so amazed at her. When kittens are weaned I want her to have the best home because she deserves to retire from nursing babies! 😄

🐾 URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR 40+ CATS IN NEED! 🐾
Kansas City Siamese Rescue recently took in nearly 40 cats—many rescued from an abandoned hoarding situation. They are safe now, but we need your help to get them fully vetted so they can start their fresh chapters in loving homes!
Because our rescue is currently at capacity, we need your support in three big ways today:

1. Donate Towards Medical Care: Every dollar helps us spay/neuter, vaccinate, and treat these sweet souls.

2. Adopt Vetted Cats: Opening your heart to one of our fully vetted, ready-to-go cats frees up space for us to save more lives! Our cats that are ready are posted on petfinder. Adoption fees are $150 for under one year old, $125 over one year old.

3. Barn Homes Needed: We have wonderful adult working cat pairs looking for safe, outdoor barn homes where they’ll be provided daily food, fresh water, and secure shelter.
