Treetops Kitty Cafe is run by the non-profit Treetops Animal Rescue. We are the first and only Cat Cafe in Chester County currently! Cat Cafes are open environments for rescue cats to mingle with visitors. We do not operate as a food service, but we offer self-serve hot beverages to sip on while you mingle with our cats. Entry fees are listed on our website along with information about how to adopt a cat from us!

Meet Jerry!

Jerry was rescued from ACCT Philly after being scheduled for euthanasia because of an ulcer on his eye. Treetops tagged him for rescue - in honor of Surrey. ❤️

We anticipated surgery for his eye, but Jerry headed into foster care with Jackie, where he got the treatment he needed to see if we could save his eye. Huge thank you to Jackie and Pocopson Veterinary Station for taking such good care of this little guy!

A few weeks later, Jerry’s ulcer had healed. There is some scarring, but his eye is okay and he does NOT need surgery!!!!

Now Jerry has officially graduated from foster care and joined the Treetops clowder. He’s a little bean with an adorable personality- the kind that makes you want to stay home from work and snuggle him all day. ❤️

He’s playful but a little shy, loves to cuddle (without being pushy), enjoys hanging out with his people - even if lounging next to you, and is a big fan of Bird TV. 📺🐦 The busy café can be a little much for him, but he’s making progress and loves his caretakers.

What’s next for Jerry? He just needs someone to take a chance on this sweet, slightly shy little guy. ❤️ He deserves all the happiness, and cuddles.

WE CAN’T BELIEVE IT! Yesterday, Treetops was notified, with just days remaining in our One Mission fundraiser, that a generous anonymous donor has stepped forward with a $5,000 matching challenge!

That means every gift made to One Mission will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $5,000.

$25 becomes $50. $50 becomes $100. $100 becomes $200!

Adoption Announcement: Clover! 😻

From the moment Clover arrived, she fit right in. This petite girl had the softest, barely-audible little meow, a playful personality, and the most beautiful autumn-colored eyes. She quickly made herself at home with the other kitties and loved showing everyone just how much fun she could have.

Luckily, Clover didn’t have to wait long for her forever family - she was adopted shortly after arriving at the cafe!

Congratulations, Clover! Wishing you a lifetime of sunny nap spots, afternoon playtime, and plenty of cuddles from your new family. It was an honor to be part of your story, Clover. 🐾

🐾 Gretel Update! 💕

Last week, Gretel underwent surgery to become a one-eyed kitty, and we’re happy to report that this brave girl is doing wonderfully!

Gretel has been recovering in a medical foster home with the wonderful Katie (thank you, Katie, for stepping in to foster again!). She’s healing beautifully and will be returning to the Cafe Thursday evening. She’ll still need some observation and extra care while she finishes healing, but so far, everything is looking great!

We’re incredibly thankful to Pocopson Veterinary Station for helping Gretel in a time-sensitive situation, to Gretel for being the brave girl she is, and to Katie for giving her a safe and comfortable place to recover.

Please send some extra love to Gretel! This sweet, anxious beauty has been through a lot, and more now than ever, she’s ready to find the forever family she’s been waiting for. ❤️

We think Ethel is trying to tell us something… 😹

With cooler temperatures approaching, Tails on Tour will be hitting the sidewalks again - and Ethel has already called dibs! ❤️ One of her favorite spots to sleep is on top of the Tails on Tour stroller and Ethel has missed her walks.

We’ll announce the next walk once it’s scheduled, so local friends can join or stop by to say hi to Ethel!
