WE CHIP PETSWe Chip Pets has the ability to register chips from other countries at no charge!!!
Please do not rechip a pet because they have a chip from a different country!!!!
We can register the chips that are from anywhere in the world to a US based company and they should not be given a second chip.
This week a pet was scanned and a chip from Estonia was found. I requested a rescan and a homeagain chip was also found.
That chip from Estonia should have been registered with a US based company. Instead the shelter chose to implant a second chip.
Less experienced entities would not have checked for a second chip. Which means this pet would not have gone home as quickly as it did.
If you encounter a chip that is registered outside of the US please reach out to us Chip Pets @ 512-222-6718 and we can assist with both reunification and getting the chip registered.
