💚 WELCOME TO MUTTS N SUCH, GROOT! 💚

This tiny little guy is only about 3 weeks old, but he has already been through more than any puppy should ever have to endure. 💔

Groot and his siblings arrived at a shelter, and sadly, Groot is the only survivor. 😔 He arrived incredibly weak and was completely infested with fleas and ticks. For such a tiny baby, it was absolutely heartbreaking to see.

But this little guy is a FIGHTER. 💪🐾

We immediately got him cleaned up, treated, warm, fed, and started providing everything his little body needs to get strong and healthy again. And just 24 hours later, we saw that spark start to come back. 🥹💚

And can we just say… HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ANYTHING CUTER?! 😍

Groot has a long road ahead, but he is surrounded by love, care, and people who are determined to give him the chance he deserves.

💗 WELCOME, VENUS! 💗

Sweet senior girl Venus found herself in a shelter after her beloved owner passed away. At an age when she should be spending her days feeling safe, loved, and comfortable, she suddenly found herself without the person she knew as home. 💔

But thankfully, her story doesn’t end there. 🥹❤️

One of our amazing fosters stepped up to give this sweet senior girl a soft place to land, and Venus is now getting exactly what she deserves: a warm bed, a loving home, plenty of comfort, and someone committed to making her golden years the very best they can be. 🏡🐾

Venus is in the early stages of renal failure, so we’ll be keeping a close eye on her health and making sure she gets all the medical care she needs. She’ll be starting a strict kidney-friendly diet and will have additional lab work in the next few weeks so we can continue monitoring her and make sure she’s feeling her best.

For now, Venus gets to simply be a dog—loved, spoiled, comfortable, and surrounded by people who care about her. ❤️

🚧 CAUTION: KITTENS ON THE ROAD! 🚧

The purrs of their motors are LOUD, and apparently Dave and Jalapeño have decided they’re done waiting around for their forever families to find them. They’re taking matters into their own paws and hitting the road! 🏁🐾

Meanwhile, Pico is doing his best to remind them to slow down. The right families will come along when the time is right… 🚧

But around here, we’re hoping that time is NOW. ❤️

These three sweet kitties are ready to race straight into their forever homes, and we’d really love to see them pull into the driveway of a family who will love them forever.

🐾💕Foster Spotlight: Bri 💕🐾

We need to talk about Bri. Because WOW. 🥹❤

Bri was a FIRST-TIME FOSTER when she opened her home to a very pregnant German Shepherd mama. And then… mama had 10 BABIES! 😳🐶🐶🐶

Ten puppies is a HUGE litter under any circumstances — but for a brand-new foster? That is a LOT to take on.

And Bri? SHE ROCKED IT. 👏❤

She cared for mama and all TEN puppies with so much love and dedication. Those babies were some of the best cared-for pups we could have asked for, and it was obvious from day one that they were deeply loved.

But fostering isn’t just cuddling puppies. Bri handled ALL OF IT like an absolute champ:

🐾 Caring for a pregnant mama and her 10 babies
📸 Taking the pictures
📝 Helping with bios and adoption profiles
🏥 Keeping up with appointments
📋 Managing applications as they came in
📬 Coordinating the adoption process
❤ And somehow making sure every single dog felt loved along the way

And the BEST part?

EVERY. SINGLE. PUPPY. GOT ADOPTED! 🥳🏡❤

Bri didn’t blink. She didn’t panic. She just kept showing up, loving on those dogs, and doing whatever needed to be done.

She has a heart of gold, and every one of those puppies — and their amazing mama — was so incredibly lucky to have her.

Bri, you may have started as a first-time foster, but you handled this like a seasoned pro. We are SO grateful for you! 🥹❤
