Mal'i has been found. Following a tipster's alert early this morning, she was located in the Sutton Lakes area. Scott and his family are grateful to everyone who contributed to her safe recovery. The collective community efforts, encompassing social media dissemination, personal communications, physical presence, resource offerings, and vigilant monitoring, were key to Mal'i's successful return. The community's remarkable outpouring of love and support has been deeply heartening. Mal'i will visit the vet today, and further updates will be shared in due course. A sincere thank you to all in Jacksonville.

I feel they do not care for the dogs as they should. I got my dog from there and when i visited her for the first time she had poo on her legs and i told them and the just handed me some wipes. Like here “deal with it”. Also when i took her home she terrible plaque build up on her teeth that they didn’t even mention and the reason she was having diarrhea there was because they didn’t bother to change her food cause she had an allergy. Ugh they just don’t care. Plus last time i was there its smelled so bad and every cage had poo in it and some dogs had it all over. The humane society would never. They are so much cleaner there and care abt their animals more.

Upon reviewing the list of employees today, we've identified a couple of concerns. Firstly, the list is not up-to-date. Secondly, why are there more employees in administrative roles compared to frontline workers? Additionally, if Animal Control officers were utilized more efficiently in the field instead of waiting for dispatch, services could be improved.
