One of the best things about this barn is how many different walks of life come together under one roof. 🤎

Different ages, different backgrounds, different disciplines; ropers, cutters, English riders, western pleasure, barrel racers, trail riders, hobbyists… and even a few lamb showers thrown in the mix. 😂🐑🐴

We may all come to the barn for different reasons, but somewhere along the way, we’ve become a family. We cheer each other on, lend a hand when it’s needed, celebrate the wins, show up through the hard stuff, and love one another well.

Different people. Different passions. One barn family. 🤎

And ignore the water 😂 It gets changed twice a day AND they have 3 other clean troughs. This one is apparently their personal pond they stand in.

It’s 100° and they think that is their Schlitterbahn. Leave them alone. ☠️😂💦

Three years of lessons. Three years of hard work, patience, confidence building, and countless hours in the saddle.

Watching how far Lucy has come is such a testament to not only the work she has put in, but also the time, patience, and heart Jenn pours into her lesson students.

A good trainer teaches you how to ride. A great one helps you become confident enough to trust yourself and watching that happen with these two has been pretty special. 🥹

So proud of Lucy and so thankful to have Jenn as part of HorsePower Ranch. The progress speaks for itself. 🤎

Good food, good people, lots of laughs, and even her dear friend Camish Jennings came down to celebrate with us!

And because apparently birthday parties at the barn come with party favors… a few lucky barn girls scored a complimentary roping lesson. 😂🤠🐴

And just like that, the Kids of HorsePower are back to school! 📚🐴

From some of our littlest starting Pre-K to others heading off for their first year of college, there’s a whole lot of growing up happening around here. 🥹 We’ll sure miss our college kids around the barn, but we’re excited to watch where this next chapter takes them!

Our prayer for each of them is that they always remember who they are and Whose they are. May God guide their steps, protect their hearts, and let His light shine through them wherever they go. 🤎
