We have some new faces!
Peanut's sister, Frances, is here to build a better relationship with her brother. Both of them are nervous in general. We are working on confidence and team work for the dream work!
Liberty and Baily working together. In getting to show Liberty that life isn't as scary and crazy as she thinks.
Gwen and Moose, the bog shepherd and bernadoodle pup worked around each other. Moose is 15 or so weeks old. He has a big personality. He is getting a great foundation!
Gwen the shepherd came to us for being dog reactive. She went crazy at dogs her first day. That has since changed. She has decided dogs aren't as bad as she thought.

Every one welcome Canela aka Princess Glitter Sparkle! She it's from Pasadena Animal Shelter ! She is here a little faster than I thought! We saw her sweet face a few days ago. Many years ago we had a dog named Bunny. She looks just like her! We couldn't leave her in the shelter! Although she is very sick and needs to get her health in order ASAP. She very well might live out her days right here. Time will tell!

📣 She's BAaaaAAAccCCkkkKK! 📣

Your favorite sassy-pants is back and ready to rock n' roll, again! Let us just preface that her adoptive family was absolutely distraught at drop off. While we have had experiences with less-than-ideal adopters and adoption returns, not all return situations are truly for lack of effort and energy; sometimes, despite every single best effort, you just run out of ideas. And in this situation, it wasn't even Bitsy's fault - which made the decision to return her even harder. The family who adopted her went through ALL the right steps with the RV Park when they applied to adopt and were approved. There were no issues, hiccups, nothing. But that all changed when the park owner moved onto the property as a resident and suddenly decided that "scary looking dogs" were no longer permitted. This impacted more than just Bitsy's family... but her family fought like hell. They scheduled multiple meetings, offered meet & greets, and prepared to request letters of support from us and Bitsy's trainer - but the owner wasn't hearing any of it. She decided that Bitsy "looked mean" and needed to leave. The family scouted other RV Parks, put out feelers with friends and family, and did every.single.thing.right. Ultimately, they were given an eviction notice if they continued to refuse, and with nowhere else to turn, they made the devastating decision to return.

There are many hearts broken tonight. But we know we've made a good friend in Bitsy's hopeful adoptive family and we know that in the future, when they're in a different position, they'll come back to us - whether for Bitsy or (hopefully she'll be adopted!) someone else.

SO. On that note! Bitsy is back on the market! She has gone through rigorous training and is incredibly intelligent. She is eager to please, loves to work, and has shown her mental strength in abiding by a disciplined and structured home environment. She has successfully lived with kids and other dogs and does well. Her big thing is that she needs a strong leader and handler who believes in structure in the home - if you have that, she will do fine! 🩷

Welcome back, Bitsy girl!

Peanut l, the brown pitty mix is trying du hard to be a good boy. He is very nervous and timid. He will look right at me and try his very best to do what I'm asking! He is gonna look so good in a few days!!
Moose, the Berner, is learning to not internalize everything. What I'm doing is he takes on the stress of everything. Then, he wants to eat all the thing as a coping skill. Basically he has a eating disorder that has cost his patents 3 obstruction surgeries and a blast! We are trying to save his life!
Max the shepherd working next to Indiana today, side by side. Max is trying his best to find something he can control. It's taking some work to get him where he needs to be.
Meanwhile, Charlie the other shepherd mix gains confidence everyday. It's a slow but steady progress.
Liberty, the black shepherd mix is really gaining momentum with her training. At first everything was a fight. Now she is grooving to the music!
Let's go guys!!!

2 days of pictures.
We have Max the large shepherd. He is in for dog reactivity. What we found was he is nervous. That nervousness turns into reactivity. He is setteling in very nice.

The shepherd mix s Charlie. He is afraid of everything. You can see his body language is very tight and his head hangs low a bit. He was reactive to people. Fear is a funny thing. When dogs are fearful they find other avenues to let it out.
Liberty the black shepherd mix is in for some basic obedience and manners. She had some training before. However, none of it stuck.
She is very much not motivated to do much. She would rather avoid you or and live in her world. My job is to find that motivation! I want to make learning something she wants to do!
I wanted to let everyone know our board and train price will be going up in June. The cost of all of our supplies have went up. The cost of living is crazy! So if you have been on the fence about this, give us a call now! We would love to help! Give us a call 8322165843.
