1.

My name is Karen, Pet Stylist and Owner of ChicTails Pet Boutique and Spa! Thanks for taking your valuable time and stopping by our fan page to learn more about ChicTails. ChicTails is a Pet Boutique and Spa, that promotes Pet Health and Care in a Unique, Fun and Safe Environment

Since I was a little girl, I've always been loving, playing and taking care of my dogs and cats. I had several pets, each one of them with their own personality and behavior making me loving each one of them in a very special but equal way. That took me to work as a Vet Technician and Pet Stylist for over 11 years. All my family, friends and customers were always asking health care tips and special grooming attentions for their pets every day and weeks and that is how the idea of ChicTails grew, because I wanted to share all my knowledge, experience and love for pets with everybody. In simple terms, I wanted to give the pets the best grooming experience, out of stress in a unique and safe environment. Share with the owner health and care tips to the best of my knowledge, because I know, your pet is part of your family. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT NOW, YOU AND YOUR PET WILL LOVE IT!!! Grooming:

And just like thatā€¦ Iā€™m back! šŸ„¹šŸ¾šŸ’•

After taking the last couple of months to recover, tomorrow Iā€™m officially back at ChicTails and ready to get back to doing what I love. And yesā€¦ I definitely missed this. šŸ„°

Iā€™m so excited to see all my pups and their humans again! Thank you so much to everyone who checked in on me, sent sweet messages, and was so patient and understanding while I was away. It truly meant a lot to me. šŸ¤

Appointments are open, but availability is limited as I get everyone back on the schedule.

You can book online, and if the system shows no availability for the day or time you need, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Sometimes I may be able to find a spot that isnā€™t showing online depending on your pup, their usual grooming time, and my schedule that day.

See you tomorrow, ChicTails family! Iā€™ve missed you! šŸ¤—

Big things are happening behind the scenes! šŸ’™

To make scheduling and managing appointments even easier, ChicTails is transitioning to a new booking system.

The good news? If you already have an appointment scheduled, you donā€™t need to do anything. Your appointment has already been transferred to the new system and will remain exactly as scheduled.

Youā€™ll continue receiving appointment confirmations and reminders by text and email. The only difference is that you may notice those messages coming from a new phone number or email address.

Thank you for your patience as I work on making your experience even better. I canā€™t wait for you to see whatā€™s coming! šŸ¾

Every dog that walks through my door is someoneā€™s family, someoneā€™s best friend, someoneā€™s whole world.

Thatā€™s why continuing my education has always been one of my biggest priorities.

Iā€™m happy to share that Iā€™ve officially earned my Pet CPR & First Aid Certification. While I hope I never have to use these skills in a real emergency, being prepared is part of the promise I make to every family who trusts me with their pets.

Beautiful grooms are important. But nothing will ever be more important than your petā€™s safety, comfort, and well-being.

Thank you for trusting ChicTails with the ones you love most. šŸ¤šŸ¾

šŸ©µ A little schedule updateā€¦

Many of you already know because Iā€™ve been sharing it during your appointments, but I wanted to officially let everyone know.

Beginning in August, Iā€™ll be taking a temporary medical leave for a planned procedure and recovery. During that time, ChicTails will be closed while I focus on healing and getting back to doing what I love.

If your pup is due for grooming before then, I highly recommend scheduling sooner rather than later. July is already filling up quickly, and I want to make sure I can see as many of my furry friends as possible before my leave.

Thank you all for your continued trust, kindness, and support. It truly means the world to me, and I look forward to seeing everyone again after Iā€™m back. šŸ’™šŸ¾
