Since I was a little girl, I've always been loving, playing and taking care of my dogs and cats. I had several pets, e

ach one of them with their own personality and behavior making me loving each one of them in a very special but equal way. That took me to work as a Vet Technician and Pet Stylist for over 11 years. All my family, friends and customers were always asking health care tips and special grooming attentions for their pets every day and weeks and that is how the idea of ChicTails grew, because I wanted to share all my knowledge, experience and love for pets with everybody. In simple terms, I wanted to give the pets the best grooming experience, out of stress in a unique and safe environment. Big things are happening behind the scenes! 💙

To make scheduling and managing appointments even easier, ChicTails is transitioning to a new booking system.

The good news? If you already have an appointment scheduled, you don’t need to do anything. Your appointment has already been transferred to the new system and will remain exactly as scheduled.

You’ll continue receiving appointment confirmations and reminders by text and email. The only difference is that you may notice those messages coming from a new phone number or email address.

Every dog that walks through my door is someone’s family, someone’s best friend, someone’s whole world.

That’s why continuing my education has always been one of my biggest priorities.

I’m happy to share that I’ve officially earned my Pet CPR & First Aid Certification. While I hope I never have to use these skills in a real emergency, being prepared is part of the promise I make to every family who trusts me with their pets.

Beautiful grooms are important. But nothing will ever be more important than your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being.

🩵 A little schedule update…

Many of you already know because I’ve been sharing it during your appointments, but I wanted to officially let everyone know.

Beginning in August, I’ll be taking a temporary medical leave for a planned procedure and recovery. During that time, ChicTails will be closed while I focus on healing and getting back to doing what I love.

If your pup is due for grooming before then, I highly recommend scheduling sooner rather than later. July is already filling up quickly, and I want to make sure I can see as many of my furry friends as possible before my leave.

Thank you all for your continued trust, kindness, and support. It truly means the world to me, and I look forward to seeing everyone again after I’m back. 💙🐾
