Maverick came to see us for a rapidly growing mass on his lower jaw. We performed a partial hemimandibulectomy, a surgery in which we removed the front half of his jaw bone on the right side. The mass was sent to lab and was diagnosed as a rare type of lymphoma that was invading into the bone. Maverick made a great recovery after surgery and is happy and energetic at home. We hope we’ve helped to give him more happy days to come 💜
