Honey is a gorgeous dilute tortoiseshell with a sweet, gentle personality and a shy little heart. 💕

She was very timid when she first came to us, but with time, patience, and love, Honey has started to let her playful side shine through. Once she begins to trust you, you’ll see just how loving and special she is.

Honey loves playing with little plastic balls with bells inside, enjoys mealtime, and gets along well with other cats. She would do best in a home that will let her continue building confidence at her own pace and give her the patience she needs to truly blossom.

Because kittens under 6 months old need the companionship, stimulation, and socialization of another young cat, Honey must be adopted with another kitten or go to a home with a young, playful cat. While not required, we would especially love to see Honey adopted with her sister, Maple. 💛

With a little patience and a lot of love, Honey is sure to grow into a wonderful companion. Could she be the perfect match for you?

Maple is a gorgeous dilute tortoiseshell with a sweet, gentle personality that quickly wins hearts. Though she was a little shy at first, it didn’t take long for her affectionate and playful side to shine through. 💕

She loves toys, playing with other cats, and spending time with her people. Her favorite toy is the tiered ball tower, and she’s always happy when mealtime rolls around too. Maple enjoys both wet and dry food and is ready to bring lots of love, fun, and kitten charm to her forever home.

Because kittens under 6 months old need the companionship, stimulation, and socialization of another young cat, Maple must be adopted with another kitten or go to a home with a young, playful cat. While not required, we would especially love to see Maple adopted with her sister, Honey. 💛

Once she decides you’re a friend, Chennai is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to her people, soaking up attention and sharing cuddles. 💛

Basil is a fluffy, soft, and incredibly affectionate girl who absolutely loves attention. Give her a few gentle pets, and she’ll melt right into them, happily soaking up every bit of love you have to offer. With her plush fur and sweet personality, she’s the kind of cat who makes you want to cuddle her all day long. 💕

Firefly is a sweet, gentle girl who is still building her confidence and learning to feel completely comfortable with people. 🤍

She can be a little shy at first, but with patience and kindness, her curious and playful personality starts to shine through. She loves to play and enjoys interacting once she feels safe and settled.

Firefly would do best in a calm, understanding home with someone who will give her a little time to adjust and let the relationship grow naturally. She’s making wonderful progress, and with the right person, we know she’ll continue to blossom into a loving companion.

🚨 URGENT: WE NEED YOUR VOICE NOW! 🚨

Testimony is due TOMORROW - Wednesday, August 26 at 11:59 p.m.

🛑 DO NOT ALLOW THE STATE TO DESTROY ANIMALS SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY EXIST ON PUBLIC LAND!

We are specifically opposing Proposed Rule Change 3 - Section 13-124-3.6.

Their proposed rule would:
❌ Ban humane community-cat feeding and management on DLNR lands
❌ Make TNRM unworkable in those areas
❌ Allow animals found running at large to be “impounded or destroyed”- owned or not
❌ Put lost, abandoned and free-roaming pets at risk without safeguards stated in the rule

DLNR lands are vast. They include many parks, forests, trails, wildlife areas, small-boat harbors and beaches and coastal lands across Hawaiʻi ...Some of these are the places that need TNRM the most!

If caregivers cannot feed, monitor, trap, sterilize and return cats, fewer cats will be fixed and reproduction will increase unchecked. The proposal provides no replacement plan to stop the breeding cycle.

We should be expanding access and funding for science backed TNRM - not shutting it down.

We support protecting Hawaiʻi’s native birds and endangered monk seals. But we strongly oppose giving the State broad authority to kill domestic animals.

💎 Meet Jewel & Mishmash 💕

These two beautiful girls have been through very different beginnings, but somehow found exactly what they needed in each other. Now, they’re looking for a forever home together. 🥹

🤍 Jewel is a stunning seal point Siamese who was rescued from a hoarding situation. She’s every bit as sweet as she is beautiful, with a gentle, loving personality and a soft spot for affection and companionship.

🐾 Mishmash had a rough start of her own. When she was rescued, she was covered in mange and scabbing. With lots of love, care, and time to heal, she blossomed into the healthy, happy girl she is today. She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she’s affectionate, playful, and loves curling up beside her people.

And these two absolutely adore each other. 💗 They cuddle, play, keep each other company, and have formed such a special bond that Jewel and Mishmash must be adopted together.

After everything they’ve been through, these best friends are ready for the next chapter of their story: a safe, loving home where they can stay side by side. 🏡🐾
