🌟 From Excited Greetings to Calm, Gentle Hellos! 🌟

Miss Izzy has been putting in the work, and we couldn't be prouder of the progress she's making! 🐶❤️👏

🐕 WHERE IT ALL BEGAN:
When Izzy first started working on her greetings, her excitement would sometimes get the best of her! She had so much enthusiasm for saying hello that slowing down and staying settled was a challenge.

🐾 THE JOURNEY:
Through patience, consistency, repetition, and plenty of positive reinforcement, Izzy has been learning that greeting people doesn't have to be an overly exciting experience.

💚 LOOK AT HER NOW!
As you can see in this video, Izzy is making wonderful progress toward calmer, gentler, and more settled greetings! She's learning to manage her excitement and make better choices when interacting with people.

🎉 THE BIG TAKEAWAY:
Training isn't about perfection overnight. It's about building understanding, confidence, and reliable behaviors through practice and positive experiences.

“But hoooman… da jump is RIGHT THERE!” 😂 Today, our friends practiced putting their patience before their paws: first you sit, THEN you jump! 💙

Our boarding and Day Stay guests worked on sitting and waiting for the cue before hopping over the jump. The fun part becomes the reward for listening!

This simple game gives busy brains and bodies a job while practicing impulse control, focus, and following directions. Learning to pause—even when something exciting is right in front of you—is a skill worth practicing! 🐾

“I almost had it! Wait…where did it go? HOOMAN, MAKE MORE!” 😂

Our boarding and Day Stay friends enjoyed a little floating, popping fun! From curious head tilts to enthusiastic bubble patrol, everyone had their own approach to these mysterious little floaties. 💙

Following bubbles encourages dogs to watch, track, and move—giving their brains and bodies something fun to do together. Our curious observers can enjoy watching and investigating at their own pace, too!

Our boarding and Day Stay guests enjoyed chasing, fetching, pouncing, and proudly carrying their favorite treasures! Some love the chase. Some love the catch. And some think collecting every ball is their very important job. 💙

Ball time lets our friends enjoy their natural chase-and-play instincts while moving their bodies, practicing focus, and working on coordination. With room to explore and play at their own pace, everyone gets to find their kind of fun!

Happy dogs, busy bodies, and a well-earned rest afterward. 🐾

Our Luxury Lounge has given us time to get to know your fur friends in the sweetest way. Who likes an ear rub. Who wants to be tucked in beside us. Who gently nudges our hand when we stop petting a moment too soon. 💙

You already know these things about your dog. Getting to know them, too, is one of our favorite parts of caring for them.

A little couch time might not look like much, but for a dog who loves being close to someone, it can be a very special part of their stay. And for our team? Pretty wonderful, too.
