Sending Kona home today was bittersweet as he’s been with me for 8 weeks, prepping him for life with Todd, who has become a friend over the last couple months. Todd titled a couple of groenendaels back in the day, and passed along this badass and heartfelt book from his library, signed by the author!
Shout out to Mark at Paws Healing Heros for funding Kona’s training-you’re my second favorite service dogs for veterans nonprofit after Chris at Forgotten Coast K9, because he’s my boy.
