❤️🐾 HAPPY VETERINARY TECHNICIAN & ASSISTANT WEEK! 🐾❤️

Behind every patient, every emergency, every late night, and every difficult moment is a veterinary team working tirelessly to make a difference. ❤️

Our vet techs and assistants are skilled, compassionate, quick-thinking, and dedicated to giving our patients the best possible care, often during some of their families’ most stressful moments.

From the successful catheter placements to the critical patients, the long shifts, the messy moments, and everything in between… you show up, you step up, and you make a difference every single day. 🩺🐶🐱

To our incredible veterinary technicians, assistants, and the entire team who make emergency medicine possible: THANK YOU for your hard work, your compassion, and your unwavering commitment to the pets who need us most.

We are so honored to be part of this sweet pup’s success story! 🐾🐍

When a Good Samaritan brought in this brave little puppy following a rattlesnake bite, our team quickly jumped into action to stabilize him and administer antivenin. We’re so grateful for the quick-thinking community member who brought him in, and to NOCO Humane for taking over his care for the next steps in his journey.

Check out the full story below! 👇

A nearly tragic story became a positive story about a Good Samaritan and a community effort, as a puppy is now well and in a new home after a rattlesnake bite.

A late-night delivery of the sweetest kind! 🌟🐶

While the rest of the world was winding down from the July 4th celebrations, our team was bringing a whole new kind of spark into the world. Born in the early morning hours of July 5th, we are so proud to introduce these adorable little firecrackers!

Keeping the holiday spirit alive, these cuties got some incredibly fitting, patriotic names. We are happy to report mom and babies are all doing wonderfully.🎆

🇺🇸🎆 Happy 4th of July from all of us at PETS Emergency Hospital🎇🐾

We hope you and your furry family members have a safe and fun holiday!

While you’re celebrating, don’t forget a few pet safety tips:

❤️ Keep pets indoors during fireworks they can be scary, even for the bravest pups.
🎆 Make sure collars and ID tags are up to date in case a frightened pet gets loose.
🍔 Keep table scraps, alcohol, chocolate, grapes, onions, and xylitol-containing treats out of reach.
🌭 Skip the bones, they can splinter and cause serious injuries.
✨ Keep fireworks, sparklers, glow sticks, and lighter fluid away from curious noses and paws.
💧 Make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water and a cool place to relax.

If your celebration doesn’t go quite as planned, don’t worry, we’re here for you. Our team is here 24/7, including today, and ready to care for your pet if an emergency happens.

Have a safe, and happy Independence Day
❤️🤍💙🐶🐱
