We had a super time at the Happy Hoppers show close-ish to home this weekend. Thank you to the people who let us know when open rabbits were on the table while we were in the youth barnā€¦it gets crazy running between both barns.

Super proud of the two homegrown BIS rabbits. The black doe will now have 10 legs and the broken doe is not far behind. Funny enough the kids also won awards last year with a broken and a black last year at this show. ā¤ļø

My placings aside, Iā€™m most proud of my himi senior buck. Homegrown and a product of some hard work, Iā€™m so pleased with all the compliments Iā€™ve had on him. A judge from last weekend made a comment he was impressed with the ā€œcal satinsā€ heā€™s seen last weekend(we were in MN) and this weekend. That means more to me than an award. Too bad his coat wonā€™t finish fully šŸ„“
