Good morning, everyone, and Happy Fall! My schedule has been pretty full, but I finally have time to sit this morning and post a schedule. Thank you for being patient. It’s been a hard few weeks at the farm, but things are starting to fall into place, once again. I hope you have all been well and safe.

First and foremost, I have decided to EXTEND my MICHIGAN trip and I have availability October 13th and 14th. October 13th I will be on the WEST side of the state. The 14th I have relatively open availability.

The only other free days I have left in October are the 21st and 22nd.

November is currently filling, so if you’re interested in getting on the schedule, before the snow flies, now is your chance.

Another fair week in the books and a whole lot more ribbons to add to some kiddos walls! I swear, trying to get this group photo every year is like wrangling drunk cats, but in a fun way!

Fair is always puts our horses and riders to the test- it's early mornings, late nights, hot days, classes that don't go the way you want them to, calls you may not appreciate, and also all your training paying off. Nailing that lead change when it matters. Surprise victories when clean and accurate patterns beat the "fancy" one with errors. These kids work hard and it shows in their relationship with their ponies.

I have two rules for my 4h kiddos- Be nice to your horse and don't be an as***le to your parents. Simple, but definitely a high bar and not only did these kiddos knock that goal out of the park, but they also had an absolute blast hanging out with their friends and chilling with their horses. I couldn't be more proud of this group of riders and their families! Great job guys!

My "elderly children" and their babies went on their first solo big girl adventure today in their own rig! Mallory Wood and Gwyneth Wood have been with me since the beginning and I couldn't be more proud of how competent and independent they are! Ribbons are wonderful but the end goal is always to create good horsemen that can do things by themselves and these lovely ladies are wonderful examples for the kiddos coming up. Way to go girls!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms out there, but especially the horse moms! The world would not turn without the strong, gorgeous women making things happen and raising kind, capable kiddos!

Side note, I really gotta take more pictures with my mom 😅 I really had to dig for a good one!
