I can’t tell you how much it means to gain the trust of the animals I care for. This guy is on full alert as he sees me coming to the door. He is a little out of his routine as he saw his daddies leave with luggage, so he didn’t eat his breakfast. I assure him Papa Tom (that’s what my granddad/dog name is) is here to care for him, just like all the times before, and he needs to eat to keep being the strong boy he is. Sure enough, he eats his breakfast and he knows I will love on him and keep his routine going until his doting daddies return. We have the absolute best time together.

I come prepared with everything I need, stay organized, and keep your pet’s schedule as close to normal as possible. Mealtime, walks, playtime, and plenty of love… just the way they’re used to.

Big personality and snuggler. After our walks she’d hop right up on my shoulder for scratches like it was her favorite spot.
Her beautiful family is moving out of state, so yesterday was our last walk.
Going to miss this little one a lot. 💛
