EATON — The Preble County Fairgrounds will host a weekend of Western-style competition Saturday and Sunday, April 25-26, as the Bullen Equestrian Center welcomes the 1st Ohio Cowboy Mounted Shooting event.

Another Generation of 4-Hers has started under our roof. 🍀

Letty Brill had her 1st Offical ride night last week. Letty's Mom, Lacey is a Preble County 4-H Horse Program alumni and now advisor of her club growing up Horses-R-Us. 🐎

We are so proud to have generations of 4Hers here in our county. 🍀

Now that it is April ☀️ that means 4H ride nights have began. The arena is for 4H only weekdays after 4 pm per the ride night schedule.

We look forward to all our 4Hers learning and growing their equine skills right here.

Follow the link below to enter. Enter now, pay at the rodeo. (If you enter you are responsible for your fees)

Entries will be open for one week.
• They will CLOSE on Friday April 24th at midnight. •

👉🏼MAKE UPS- If you can’t make it to May’s rodeo and need to make it up, make sure that you still enter before the deadline and choose the option that you’ll be making it up. Entry fees for your make up rodeo are due the weekend of the May rodeo or before.

🗓️ SCHEDULE-
• FRIDAY PM- come out and enter the Team Roping Jackpot. It’s open to the public. All ages. Flyer coming soon.
• SATURDAY PM- Goat Roping Jackpot!! Talk about a good time!! This will take place in the small arena and is open to everyone. Contestants, Parents, the Public, Everyone. Grab a rope and have fun! Flyer with more info coming soon.
• SATURDAY PM- Contestant Pizza Party after the rodeo. Contestants, come hang out and meet some new friends. This is a good chance to get to know everyone.
• SUNDAY AM- Cowboy Church and Donuts! 7:45-8:15am Come learn about Jesus and have some breakfast before the rodeo starts!

Ohio High School & Jr High Rodeo Association offers cutting, you can be a part of it right here in Eaton, Ohio!

Hey Cutters!

If you showed at the other cuttings offered this year you qualified to enter the cutting finals in Eaton, OH on May 2nd and 3rd, 2026. The Link has been sent to you to enter if you if qualified for the state finals. You must compete at the state finals to qualify for Nationals.

Upcoming High Schoolers (JR High can not participate) - Ohio High School Rodeo offers Cutting. National High School offers Cutting at Nationals. Check out the Ohio High School Rodeo webpage for information
