Good Evening everyone, meet Dixie! Dixie is a rescue after she was dumped. She is being fostered by a Client of ours. Dixie is a 15 week old Husky/Heeler mix. The client is looking to rehome her, as she was given to her to help save her. Unfortunately with working and owning two dogs she does not feel she can give Dixie the time and training she deserves. She is almost completely crate trained and potty trained, with only occasional accidents because she is scared. She knows her name, is leash trained, knows how to sit, and they are still working on shake and lay down. She has had her first round of shots and is coming in for her second round of shots next week. The owner fostering her is asking for a small rehoming fee, as she had a rough time before her. She recommends that she goes to a home with a larger yard due to her energetic breed. Dixie loves to run and play with her other dog. Dixie has recently discovered the swimming pool and loves to be in it. She does amazing with other kids and other dogs, she is a vocal dog but loves to play. She has a crate for her however if she keeps growing like a w**d she will need a bigger one soon! She also has a leash and collar for her.
