We want to send a huge thank you to all our wonderful clients for your incredible patience lately. We know how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to reach us and the phone just keeps ringing.
Running a kennel means we’re often pulled in two different directions: the front desk where the phones are, and the back where the real magic happens—spending quality time with your pups! When we’re busy playing, feeding, or caring for the dogs, we aren't always able to make it to the front office in time to catch the call.
We’ve heard your feedback and have been working hard to find a solution that keeps us with the dogs while staying connected to you.
📱 Ways to Reach Us:
Text Us: You can now send a text directly to (447) 233-1705. It’s the quickest way to get a response while we’re on the move!
Book Online: Skip the phone call entirely and secure your spot through our online reservation system. *Please note we must have your email on file for you to do this*
Direct Access: All calls to the kennel will now automatically transfer to my cell phone, so I can answer your questions from anywhere! (NOTE: I am very excited about this but please understand I am only one person. When I’m not at work I’m with my 1 year old who keeps me busy. There will still be times I will not be able to answer the phone.)
