Looking for a little sidekick who’s always ready to join you? Linen may be your girl! 💕

At about 2 years old, Linen — called Lily by her foster family — is a sweet, curious little girl who bonded with them very quickly. She truly is a companion dog, equally affectionate with everyone in her foster household and happiest wherever her people are. She loves to follow them around and “help” with the daily routine.

Linen has a wonderful balance of playful and relaxed. She loves chasing her ball and playing with Lamb Chop, but is just as happy curling up next to her people for a nap. She sleeps through the night, rarely barks, walks nicely on leash, and is mastering her potty manners.

She’s also a great little adventure BFF! Linen loves car rides and outings — whether it’s shopping at HomeGoods or Petco, or hanging out at a local café while her humans grab a matcha and she enjoys a pup cup.

Linen’s hair is growing back beautifully — soft vanilla with touches of caramel and gray — and we can’t wait to see her full glow-up!

MEET ORGANZA 💕

Sweet little Organza (we call her Gracie) is a 10-pound, 7-year-old Shihpoo who is ready to trade her past for a forever family of her very own. After spending her earlier years as a puppy mill mama, Organza is discovering just how wonderful life can be—and she has a cheerful spirit that shines through!💕

Organza is a happy, gentle girl who enjoys the company of other dogs. She would do especially well in a home with another calm, adult dog who can be a reassuring companion. She also does a wonderful job entertaining herself with toys and loves investigating all the interesting sights and smells in the backyard.🐾

She has good potty habits when she is taken outside regularly and sleeps peacefully through the night in her own cozy bed. She’s learning that having a safe, comfortable home is a pretty wonderful thing!

With her sweet demeanor, independent little personality, and happy outlook on life, Organza is sure to bring plenty of joy to her forever family. She has so much love and happiness ahead of her, and we can’t wait to see her finally get the loving home she deserves.

Welcome Corduroy 🐾🩷🐶

This sweet 7 yr old, 13 pound boy is settling into his foster home. We’ll post more info as we get to know him.

Corduroy will need a calm, quiet home with a patient family. He is one of the material boys & girls rescued from a breeder. So far he is mostly ignoring his foster siblings. I think he’d be fine with a cat (he’d probably just run from one). I think he’d be great for an older couple, kids may be a bit much for him. Potty manners are incredible but I do have to pick him up to carry in/out and give him plenty of time. Sleeps beautifully all night in his crate, will prefer to have a crate or special space where he can feel safe. He’s not keen on photos just yet.🐶🐶

She was found in horrible shape covered in fleas. We are thankful for the Good Samaritan who saved her.

She has been cleaned up and our vet believes she is only 1-2 years old. Sadly, she makes the 7th heart worm positive dog we have taken in the last two weeks and we now have 9 in treatment. 😭

Heart worm treatment is painful and expensive. One of the many reasons we hope you will support Tzu Zoo Rescue on North Texas Giving Day.

We’ve named her Dolly Parton and she will have a beautiful life going forward. ❤️
