Spent the eve of my 51st time around the sun at the Great Circle Earthworks with three friends. The four of us walked the land - first in silence and then sharing our questions and observations. Being in that space was an unexpectedly awe-some way to enter this moment.

Did you know your greens start loosing nutritional value the moment they are harvested? That means the farther they travel, the lower their value. Here in Ohio groceries most greens come from CA. You do the math.

Our greens are harvested to order. You can’t get fresher than that. We’ll be hosting sales the next four Sunday mornings to bring you the best tasting, most nutrient-dense greens you can get AND to raise funds to rebuild our high tunnel (see post from January on that story.)

Stop by from 9-10:30am for Romaine and Green Leaf lettuces, Red Russian Kale, and Tatsoi.
