Hi everyone!
I wanted to come on here and introduce ourselves. I’m Ashley and this is my dad, Matt Rolston, we own Southdown Performance Horses located in Cleburne, Texas.
We originally started our barn and training program in 2013 in Burleson, moving to Cleburne in 2023!
We are excited to say we are currently taking new lessons clients and training horses for the 2026 year! What does that mean?
With experience in AQHA, APHA, and other breed associations with performance classes such as western pleasure, showmanship, hunter under saddle, and trail. We frequently travel to shows ranging from smaller day shows such as 4H shows such as Johnson County to bigger breed shows such as FWSSR, San Antonio Stockshow, & AQHA Lvl 1 championships.
This means we offer lessons from very beginner to amateur adults. Just wanting to learn to ride or move into the show ring!
You don’t have to have a horse in training with us to be a client either! We have a few lesson horses with years of show experience, or if you’d like to haul in, we can work with you!
