One of the hardest parts of being a dog groomer is saying goodbye.
People often think grooming is just baths and haircuts, but it’s so much more than that. We become a small part of your dog’s life, and before we know it, they’ve become a part of ours too. We get to watch them grow from nervous puppies into sweet seniors, learn all their little quirks, celebrate the good days, and love them like they’re our own. Getting the call or message that one of my grooming babies has passed away never gets any easier. Sometimes I don’t know the right words to say because nothing can make that kind of loss hurt any less. Just know that we grieve right alongside you. I’ve shed more than a few tears this week thinking about some very special pups. My heart goes out to every family who’s had to say goodbye to a beloved best friend recently.
Thank you for trusting me with your babies. It has truly been an honor to love and care for them, even if it was only for a small part of their lives.❤️🐾

Friendly reminder from your groomer who is still learning how to be in 10 places at once… 😅
If I don’t answer the phone when you call, please don’t panic! I promise I’m not ignoring you. I’m usually juggling checking dogs in and out, bathing, drying, grooming, cleaning, and trying not to look like I just lost a wrestling match with a wet doodle. 😂
The pup on my grooming table will always be my #1 priority, so sometimes the phone has to wait. It’s nothing personal I’m just one person doing my best!
If you can, please leave a voicemail, send a text, or try calling again. I promise I will get back to you as soon as I can. I’m still figuring out this whole “business owner + mom” balancing act (some days gracefully… some days with caffeine and chaos ☕😂), but I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support more than you know.
