Today was a tough one, but also such a blessing. I have cried, laughed, and hugged my Amy girl a whole bunch before she loaded on the trailer to leave for her new home in Maryland. 💔❤️

We are so blessed that Amy is going to the absolute BEST home with someone who is going to love her just like we do. That’s all we can ever ask for when these special ones leave here.

It’s hard to believe it was a year ago yesterday that we said goodbye to our Jackie girl. Time sure has a way of healing hearts, and while letting them go is never easy, it sure helps knowing they have found such incredible homes.

These horses may leave our place, but they will always leave a hoofprint on our hearts. 🖤

Thank you so much Brad and Leslie Coates for giving Bird such an amazing home. Y’all’s place is absolutely stunning, and we know he is going to be so loved and spoiled. It makes our hearts happy knowing he’s headed to such wonderful people. We already can’t wait to come visit y’all in the fall! ❤️

This is also why we love Van so very much… he stamps his babies the exact same way every single time. Quiet minds, kind hearts, and willing attitudes.

This is sire Hez Okie Vandyke, owned by JNP Horses, by Shining C R Vandyke and out of Sheza Poco Jessie… a STALLION standing out with a band of mares, yet loving on a little girl like this. 🥹

You can teach so many things , but you can’t teach a heart and mind like that. That’s what makes these horses so special.

Brent and I got the big kids branded today! 🔥

Bird, Bodhi, Nova, Zeus, Dyna, and Possum all got their big kid marks today and did so good. ❤️

Bird is getting ready to head off to his new home, so after his turn on the patience pole he got a bath and spa day too. 🛁✨

These babies are growing up way too fast, but it sure is fun watching them learn and mature into such nice minded young horses.
