SALES POLICY:
By purchasing a rabbit from Lu Lops Rabbitry/Vermett Family you are agreeing to our sale's policy.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason.
FULL PAYMENT must be received and is required on all rabbits before being considered sold. These payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless something happens to said rabbit in sellers care.
Under NO circumstances will we sell a rabbit that appears to be sick or have any health issues. The rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave here. We will not be held responsible if the rabbit becomes sick or dies once it leaves our care. We are unable to control the rabbits exposure once it leaves our rabbitry. This is a typical policy. We are not responsible at any time for ANY vet or medical bills for the rabbit. We strive to provide the best for our animals. Any rabbit can become stressed in the wrong situation and may become ill.
We do our best to check sexes, please make sure you check the rabbit at time of pick up for yourself, mistakes happen. We do our best but even the most experienced breeder had made mistakes.
There is NO guarantee on a show animal's ability to show/breed. We CAN NOT guarantee that any rabbit purchased from us will win at a show or become a Grand Champion, this is impossible to predict, or that such animals will be a good breeder or good mother, even if they have produced offspring for us.
A NON-Refundable Payment of 100% of the purchase price is required to hold a rabbit, and must be received within 24 hours. It the rabbit unexpectedly gets sick or dies while in my care, then a full refund can be made or the deposit can be applied to another rabbit, which ever you would prefer. We are willing to transport rabbits to shows we are attending at no charge or we can meet at an agreeable spot within 30 minutes of our home. We are NOT responsible to arrange transport with 3rd Party transporters. If you are relying on 3rd Party transporters for your purchase make sure you have it lines up prior to purchase. We will NOT meet any transport expecting us to drive over 45 minutes. If transport cannot meet within a reasonable distance we will sadly have to turn them down. Once a rabbit is turned over to a 3rd Party transporter the responsibility/ disease/ death/ care/ health/ environmental conditions is out of our hands.
Pedigrees are sold with show or brood rabbits unless otherwise stated. Pet quality will NOT sell with a pedigree. Pedigrees will NOT be sent prior to FULL payment.
We are a Closed Rabbitry. This is for the safety, health and well being of our rabbits.
