We border state land that runs into Gallatin National Forest and eventually Yellowstone National Park. Elk, deer, moose, and the occasional bear call this corridor home. The trailhead starts right at the property line.

Welcome to the lodge…a 1970’s hunting lodge reimagined as a modern mountain retreat.

Spanning 7,600 square feet, the lodge features six bedrooms, two living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, a hot tub and Finnish sauna, and a wraparound deck with mountain views in every direction.

The lodge is laid out for reunions, retreats and long weekends. Easy to get to — 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Bozeman — and at the center of Gallatin Valley’s best days out: 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl, 75 minutes to Big Sky, 90 minutes to Yellowstone National Park and 25 minutes to the Gallatin River.

Our next Packing & Outfitting Class is coming up this Friday June, 12th!

Whether you’re interested in backcountry packing, looking to build your horsemanship skills, or just curious to learn something new, we’d love to have you join us.

No previous experience is required, and no need to attend every session—come when you can. Horses are provided or you are welcome to bring your own.

Led by Luke Murnane, these hands-on classes are a great opportunity to learn practical packing and outfitting skills.

$65 per person for each session.
