A Client Care Practice Coordinator
Helping Hands Pet Hospital is looking for an organized, empathetic self-starter to join our team! This isn't your typical front-desk role — you'll be the friendly face of our clinic, a key part of keeping our office running smoothly, AND our social media voice (yes, that means you'll get to help run this very page!)
A few things you'd be doing:
Greeting clients & patients and managing appointment scheduling
Keeping our office organized — records, supplies, and day-to-day admin support
Creating and posting social media content (think patient stories & staff spotlights!)
Being a calm, caring voice for clients — even during tough conversations
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Loves connecting with people (and their pets!)
✅ Stays organized even on busy days
✅ Communicates with warmth and empathy
✅ Is comfortable with social media and content creation
✅ Takes initiative without being asked twice
Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required — we care more about attitude and aptitude!
