Sweet Rosa is now available for lease! She has been on vacation and is ready to get back on a working schedule. I've put her in a few lessons and she went right back to work like the pro she is!

Rosa is a confident horse that can go on trails alone or in a group. She does not like her ears messed with so she does need someone who is confident putting the bridle on. She will walk all day if that's what you want or she'll go right into a canter. She does not like machinery coming up on her (car, side by side, tractor) and might pull back when tied if someone drives up too close. So we definitely do not take her out on the road.

She also does well in arena work. We got her off of one of those kill lots and pretty sure she was a reigning horse at one time. She used to do that tight little spin! She also works cows pretty well. We've not practiced any of these skills here and she's been here for 6 years or more.

I use her for beginner and intermediate lessons. She is also just a really fun horse to ride. She is one of the favorite to lease and sort of a go to horse for me if I'm doing a trail ride with someone whose skill level I'm not sure of.

These are all semi old photos. I'll have to get some more as we bring her back into work. Super sweet girl. ❤️

Cement poured for shop, tack room, wash rack, and groom stalls! Making life more efficient and easier one step at a time! Super excited for all these improvements.

The old tack room has worked well enough. But it'll be so nice to have a dedicated space where we can be a bit more organized and also a space dedicated for tack cleaning.

Obviously the wash rack is exciting with hot and cold water. Excited to have a cement area for that versus doing it in the grass as we had done previously.

The groom stalls will be great too. They'll be right outside the tack room so it'll be am easy groom, tack, and go!

We are only on step one of all this but moving forward as we go! 🥰
