While we understand accidents happen, we have seen an increase in potty accidents in front of the shop. There is a designated potty area located to the west side of the building.
Please be mindful of others and the neighboring businesses by picking up after your pets. If an accident occurs, please let us know so we can clean it up promptly.

We will be open Thursday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Road conditions remain hazardous in some areas, so if you’re unable to make it safely, please reach out. With ongoing melting and refreezing overnight, everyone’s safety is our priority. Stay safe and warm!

After careful consideration, and due to refreezing overnight(Tuesday Jan27th) and concerns for the safety of our staff traveling from Leonard and Telephone, we will be closed tomorrow. I will reach out tomorrow once I make it to the shop to get everyone rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience—everyone’s safety is our top priority.

We have been closely monitoring the weather for this weekend. For the safety of our staff and clients, we will be closing Friday, January 23rd at 3:00 PM and will remain closed Saturday, January 24th.

We will continue to monitor conditions over the weekend and will make a decision Monday morning regarding Tuesday.

Over the next few weeks, we will be sending text messages through our software system Moego. Please be sure to check the top authorization box thats says “Yes, text me appointment updates”, to continue receiving messages.

After February 5, 2026, anyone without a signed SMS authorization on file will no longer receive automatic reminders or text messages, Moego will disable them until we have It signed.
