🚨 Client Policies 🚨
To help things run smoothly and keep all pups happy 🐾, please keep the following in mind:
• If you’re 10 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Please make sure your dog has had a chance to go to the bathroom before arriving. If they need to go, we kindly ask that you take care of that before your appointment time, as we run on a set schedule throughout the day. And of course, please clean up after them if needed 😊
• You’ll receive a text as soon as your pet is all done for their safety and your convenience.
• We ask that pets are picked up within 30 minutes of that message, unless we’ve discussed other arrangements ahead of time.
• Every dog is different! Grooming time can vary depending on behavior, coat condition, and individual needs.
