As our rabbitry becomes more and more serious we have decided to implement a sales policy that has the best interest of not only our customers, but us and our rabbits as well, at heart. We ask that you read these terms and message us with any questions you may have. You will also receive a copy of these terms at any sale made moving forward.
Welcome to White Hill Rabbitry’s page! Thank you for visiting, we are so glad to have you and hope we can help you find a furever friend! We are a small rabbitry located in Western New York and specialize in Mini Rex and Belgian Hares. Please read the policy outlined below before purchasing a rabbit with us.
Our Policy:
* 🐇 Our Mini Rex babies will not leave for new homes until they are at least 8 weeks of age. Belgian Hare babies will not leave for new homes until they are at least 12 weeks of age.
* 🐇 Pedigreed Mini Rexes will now require a $10 down payment to reserve your rabbit. Pedigreed Belgian Hares will require a $40 down payment to reserve your rabbit. We accept PayPal, Venmo, or Cash. This non-refundable deposit will be applied towards your total amount owed. If something happens on our end you will receive your money back. Pets will not require a down payment.
* 🐇 The deposit will be refunded if we cancel the sale for any reason. If you simply change your mind about the rabbit or fail to pick up the rabbit your deposit will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to be applied towards bunny feed, housing, and care. This is to discourage people from saying they want a rabbit, keeping it from other people that may possibly want it, then backing out last minute.
* 🐇 Rabbits must be paid for in full before leaving our care.
* 🐇 You will be given basic verbal instructions on rabbit care as well as a bag of transition feed. You will also receive a copy of this sales policy. If you have any questions about your rabbit after you pick it up please feel free to reach out! We want to help you!
* 🐇 We ask you fully examine your bunny before completing the purchase. All sales are final. If you later decide you no longer want the rabbit we will take it back but you will not be refunded unless we discuss something different.
* 🐇 We cannot guarantee the health of a rabbit once it leaves our care. We can guarantee however that to the best of our knowledge the rabbit is healthy when you pick her/him up. We ask that you consider how it’s temperament might change which we also cannot guarantee. Please understand that an animal in a brand new environment can be stressed which may cause them to act differently. Patience is key. Although we don’t expect you to have any issues we are here to guide you and support you. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns.
* 🐇 We can not control what happens once the rabbit leaves our care including but not limited to disease, death, abuse, neglect, malnourishment, extreme temperatures, or improper housing.
* 🐇 Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any medical costs the rabbit may obtain after the sale. We are not responsible for damage the rabbit may cause. We will not sell any rabbits that are unfriendly or have aggressive personalities however we are not responsible for a change in personality while not in our care.
* 🐇 We cannot guarantee how well a rabbit will do at a show nor can we guarantee how well it will reproduce.
* 🐇 If you are no longer able to care for the rabbit(s) please contact us! If the rabbit is healthy we will take it back!
* 🐇 All rabbits are sexed to the best of our ability but it is the buyers responsibility to double check at the time of pick up. We do our best to assess gender, quality, or color. Please approve the rabbit before purchasing. Mistakes identifying gender can occur due to how difficult it can be to tell a baby bunnies gender because of small size and the differences in how some babies develop.
* 🐇 At the time of pickup please have an appropriate carrier to safely transport your rabbit.
* 🐇 We reserve the right to change our sales policy at any time. It is the purchasers responsibility to read our sales policy before purchasing and to communicate effectively.
