🐾💙 Injured Husky Update! 💙🐾

Just yesterday, this sweet girl was sitting in a crowded shelter with an uncertain future. Today, she’s safe, loved, and finally getting the care she desperately needed. ❤️

Our foster has officially named her Bluebell, and she had her first vet visit today. She received a fresh bandage change for her injured leg and started medications after the vet discovered she was carrying a heavy worm burden.

Bluebell was sent home with Carprofen (an anti-inflammatory medication) and Gabapentin (for pain management) to help keep her comfortable while we move forward with her treatment plan. 🩺💕

The best news? 🥹 The veterinarian believes her leg may be salvageable! We are now working to schedule the surgery she needs and determine the cost involved in saving her leg.

This brave girl has already endured so much, yet she continues to be sweet and trusting despite everything she’s been through. She never asked for the life she was given, but we’re determined to show her what love, comfort, and compassion look like. 💙

💔🐾 Murray County is begging for help… and these babies are running out of time. 🐾💔

Right now, 7 innocent puppies are sitting in a shelter kennel, waiting and hoping someone will give them a chance. They didn’t choose to be there. They didn’t choose to be homeless. Yet every day they spend behind those shelter walls is another day without the love, comfort, and safety every puppy deserves.

Meet the “Low Riders” — an adorable litter of 9-week-old puppies with short little legs, long bodies, and hearts full of love. ❤️

These sweet babies should be spending their days chasing toys, taking naps in warm beds, and learning what it feels like to be loved. Instead, they’re growing up in a shelter, wondering if anyone will come for them.

We want to save them, but we can’t do it without committed fosters.

🐶 2 males and 5 females
🐶 Expected to stay around 25 pounds or less
🐶 Friendly, loving, playful, and ready to be someone’s best friend

Every foster home opens a kennel space and gives a puppy a chance at life. We provide everything you need — food, supplies, veterinary care, and support. All you need to provide is a safe place and a little love.

Looking for something a little different? Meet the Low Riders—a litter of adorable 9-week-old short-and-long puppies who are guaranteed to make people smile wherever they go!

With their unique, goofy shape and adorable personalities, these pups are sure to turn heads and steal hearts. We have 2 males and 5 females available, all ready to find families of their own.

Mom and dad were both approximately 25 pounds, so these little low-riding cuties are expected to stay on the smaller side. They’re super friendly, full of puppy energy, and ready for a lifetime of adventures and cuddles.

🏡 Available for adoption or rescue through Murray County Animal Shelter in Chatsworth, Georgia.

💲 Adoption Fee: $150
The adoption fee includes:

Hollie, aka Toast.

This girl is a sweetheart! She is gentle, easy going and devoted. She loves going on walks with her people and the other dogs in the household. She likes to play in the creek, sniff out all the things and roll in the tall grass. Most especially, Hollie LOVES to run and oh my, is she great at it! Tag with the other pups is probably her favourite game.

Hollie is around 8 months old and 35 pounds. She doesn't have accidents in the home, though it is important to continue to take her out on a schedule. She is crate trained, she enjoys playing with toys, we are currently encouraging fetch games.

Hollie really likes to be by you. Watching a movie? By your side. Working on the computer or playing games? By your side. Gardening, would love to join in and help. This girl loves her person and she really loves to please and learn. She lives with 7 other dogs from 6 weeks to 5 years old. She is untested with cats.

I love being outside and finding the perfect spot to lay in the sun! I love chasing balls and running around! And I love going on walk- working on being better about being on a leash but I'm getting there!
I get along great with kids and other dogs! I might tend to follow you around but it's just because I'm curious about what you're doing.
I tend to snooze by myself but don't worry, I will find your lap! I'm most of the way potty trained and doing great about going outside!

UPDATE: YALL ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! THIS WONDERFUL COMMUNITY RAISED THE FUNDS FOR MR. EARTH! 😭 OUR HEARTS ARE FULL!!

💙🌎 Update on Mr. Earth 🌎💙

Beware long post: Today marks Day 3 of Mr. Earth finally getting to experience life outside of a shelter kennel. 🥹🐾

And what a difference love has made already.

This sweet boy wakes up every day surrounded by kindness, soft blankets, and people who care about him. Despite everything his little body is fighting, his spirit remains absolutely incredible. ❤️

Mr. Earth spends his days playing with his foster mom's dogs but his legs simply can't keep up anymore. Watching him try so hard to run, play, and enjoy every moment is both beautiful and heartbreaking. 💔🐶

Because his back legs give out so easily, we're going to get him a wagon so he can continue enjoying the sunshine, fresh air, and all the adventures he deserves without exhausting himself. ☀️

Health-wise, he developed a bit of a cough this morning, but otherwise seems to be doing okay. Mornings are still difficult for him. He usually won't eat until around noon, and we're continuing to monitor him closely. 🙏

On Monday, we'll be scheduling an assessment to help us better understand what lies ahead. We are holding onto hope with everything we have, but we also know we have to be realistic about what Mr. Earth may be facing. 💙

One of the most emotional discoveries his foster mom has made is that Mr. Earth is learning what toys are. 😭🧸

Imagine living your life never knowing the joy of carrying around a favorite toy.

Now he proudly picks up soft toys he can manage and happily plays with them. He has also decided that T-shirts and fuzzy blankets are among life's greatest treasures. 🥹❤️

It breaks our hearts to think that this precious boy may have spent years without comfort, toys, or the simple pleasures that every dog deserves to experience

But not anymore.

Now he knows love.
Now he knows safety.
Now he knows he matters. 🐾💙

I'm a beautiful full blooded one-year-old Springer Spaniel looking for my forever family! ❤️

I’m a sweet, loving girl who gets along great with dogs and kids. My favorite thing in the world is being with my people. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will always want to be by your side, I might just be your perfect match!

I’ll be honest—I can be a little clingy. I love attention and sometimes get a bit jealous when I have to share it. I thrive on routine and feel most comfortable when I know what to expect. Being alone isn't my favorite thing, and I do have some separation anxiety, but I make up for it by being the absolute best cuddle buddy around. When I curl up next to you at bedtime, I'm basically a living weighted blanket! 🥰

I’m also a strong, energetic girl with plenty of bounce in my step. My foster family calls me a little jumping bean because I can hop onto high beds with ease! I enjoy playing with other dogs, but I can sometimes be a little rough and rowdy, so I’d do best with dogs that can match my energy level.

I can be protective of my food at times, so my future family will need to understand and help me continue building good habits.
