The Baldwin Park Animal Care Center provides animal care services to 11 contract cities and 27 unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. For more informati

It’s always a good day at the care center when a rescue comes to pull our animals, and today came through for not just one but FIVE — 2 cats and 3 dogs — including our Pet of the Week, Katya 🥹🙌🏽

We are so incredibly grateful to all our rescue partners who help us find homes for our animals and help make space for the next animal coming through the door ❤️

Some of our longest-stay dogs left the care center today - and we are so happy for them!

Bruno, Max, Dante, Vinny, and Mama - she waited patiently while every single one of her puppies got adopted, and today it was finally her turn 🐾

None of this happens without our incredible rescue partners, volunteers, and networkers who never stop sharing, showing up, and fighting for our animals. Thank you!

🐾 A huge thank you to Girl Scout Troop 4414 of West Covina for visiting us and showing up for the animals in such a big way!

These incredible young women came with donations, cookies AND a genuine curiosity to learn. We had a real conversation about spay and neuter - why it matters, how it saves lives, and how something that seems small can have a massive impact on pet overpopulation in our community🐕
