Being the longest resident in a shelter isn’t the title you want.

Supreme has been with us 3 years now and not even 4 years old. While he has made great progress since his arrival he needs an experienced adopter or foster to leave the shelter. Training support for his transition will be provided.

Brownee arrived at the shelter in September of 2023 at 10 months old. So 3 of his 4 years have been spent in a kennel at a shelter.

Norman is looking for that forever kind of love.

Norman is around 5 years old and 100lbs. Norman is quite a character and will sniff out every crumb that’s dropped. What we have found out in a home Norman needs a very structured environment and experienced adopter or foster.

He has a generous donation towards training so he can be setup for success.

While he seems to be fine with most dogs we recommend a pet free and child free home until he’s fully evaluated in the home environment.

Milo needs a break. Milo is around 2-3 now. He arrived in Jan of 2025 at just a year old.

Milo is very energetic and loves to play. He definitely needs to work on his leash manners as he can be quite strong. He does well with most female dogs we’ve introduced him to males are not a fit for him.

Milo needs an adult only savvy foster or adopter. He does have issues meeting new people so anyone interested would need several meetings. This would also need work to be worked on once he leaves the shelter.

With some work he can be an amazing buddy. He just needs to be given a chance.

Welp now I’m the longest resident. The title no dog wants or deserves.

Supreme needs an experienced foster or adopter to help him learn to be a dog. Coming into the shelter at less than a year old he missed critical behavior development time.

Please help us find him a path out of the shelter. Training support will be provided.

When September arrives Brownee will be with us for 3 years and he’s not even 4 years old.

He missed out on critical periods of development during the first year of his life. This has made life incredibly difficult for him.

We are searching for an adult only home with an experienced foster or adopter. Training support will be provided to help transition him to a home.

Here’s the Norman we see friendly, happy, in love with everything except exercise. We weren’t even sure he’d make it to the end of the parade.

What we know is in a home he starts to guard. We’ve never seen it so we aren’t quite sure how to address.

Norman has a generous donation towards training to a rescue or adopter willing to work through this with him.

Supreme is now our second longest resident with us now for 3 years in March. After arriving at just 6 months old the shelter environment was disruptive to his development.

Supreme is incredibly smart and at the start thought he was the boss. He’s come a long way but will need a savvy adopter or foster to guide him towards the best behavior.

Brownee hasn’t had the easiest life. He has been in the shelter for essentially his whole life. Surrendered at 10 months old in Sept of 2023. He’s now approaching 4 years old and all he knows is life in the shelter.

Brownee has shown good dog compatibility. But needs to learn more about being a dog and proper interaction with people.

We are searching for an adult only home with an experienced foster or adopter. Training support can be provided to help transition him to a home.

We are here to share their stories to help get attention from rescues, trainers, experienced or savvy fosters or adopters.

These dogs cannot continue to live in the shelter for years. Behavior issues don’t improve in a stressful shelter . They were all failed we want to help them succeed.
