You met a new pet pro at a pet event, trade show, or perhaps on a Zoom networking event. And you thought, “This is just the person I need to have in my circle, and learn more about their business.”

Life gets busy, your schedule and business demands take over, and before you know it, months have gone by and you never followed up.

It does not take much time to send a quick follow-up to a new connection - and that one connection could be the missing piece to your business success.

Following up should be a regular part of your daily or weekly activities for your business.
