The feeder was able to get Cheeta's sister this morning. Her name is Reaper (I didn't name her). She is scared but allowed me to pick her up out of the crate and hold her. She is more vocal than her sister. They both ate their breakfast this morning. That makes 3 out of the colony of 14. The first picture is Reaper and the 2nd Pic is Cheeta on the left and Reaper on the right. We could use your help. We need money to purchase an enclosure to house the remaining cats while they acclimate to their new home and the supplies to properly furnish it for them such as shelters.

I am currently at the colony in Lawrenceville with the feeder. Hoping to get 3 cats out of here today. Stay tuned! We still need help with the remaining cats.

I have attached the vet bill from this morning's visit for Ivy. She was the perfect patient. She is just a little girl at 6 pounds! She combo tested negative and received her rabies and HCP vaccines. She also got an antibiotic shot and a depo shot to see if we can get the sore on her neck to finally heal. I paid the bill with my personal credit card. If anyone would like to contribute to her care, it would be greatly appreciated. I put links in previous posts.

This is Ivy, the first cat removed from the colony in Lawrenceville. She is very sweet. Once we get her vetting completed, she will be available for adoption

UPDATE: 10/5/2026 All the cats are still there and no rescue group has stepped up to help. We are taking one cat, Ivy out of the colony today and working on taking a few more this week. Ivy has been a part of the colony the entire 5 years that the feeder has been feeding them. She is probably 6-7 years old. I am hoping that she will be adoptable. First things first, combo test, rabies and fvrcp vaccinations, deworming and defleaing. If you would like to help with the cost, we would greatly appreciate it.

URGENT Plea! I have been helping TNR a colony of 14 feral and semi-feral cats at a business in Lawrenceville, These cats have been fed daily by one of the employees. He was informed last week that he can no longer feed them and that they are " going to disappear". We don't know what that means but we believe these cats are in danger. They need new homes ASAP. Can you take one or two as outdoor cats. You would need to provide food, water and shelter for them. Do you have any rescue contacts that can help them. The feeder is even willing to transport to surrounding states if necessary to secure the cats safety.

UPDATE 09/29/2026 Since bringing her home from the vet, she has barely eaten. At least she isn't eating the wet food that she is provided twice a day or any of the numerous yummy foods that I have offered her just to entice her to eat. She may be eating dry food when I am not around but I don't know. Yesterday when I got home from work, I noticed she was sitting on the top of the cat tree where she usually sits when she is waiting to eat. I immediately got her some Temptation treats and she ate all of them! Then I fed all the cats and gave her a bowl and she ate it. She ate again this morning and then I watched her groom herself. I guess I can stop worrying about her now!

This is where I found Precious this morning. She wasn't hiding which tells me she is starting to feel better. She had a normal temperature this morning but she still isn't eating much and that does worry me.

09/22/2026

Precious UPDATE! She was released from the vet this morning. She still has a slight fever but the vet thought at this point she would do much better at home. She ate breakfast this morning and then ate a little more when we got home. On the way home, I asked her if she wanted to go home and she meowed at me. I asked her if she was sure and she meowed again. Then she started grooming herself! I paid $663.28 this morning, I am extremely grateful to Dr Miller for deeply discounting our invoice. $310.00 is covered by donations. If you would like to donate to help with the remainder, it would be greatly appreciated. I will post a "home" picture this evening.

Update: Precious will be spending the night at the vet. She is on IV fluids and she still has a fever. No other news

Update: Monday, Sept. 21. Precious will remain at the vet on IV fluids for another day. Her temperature has gone from +105 to +103. Hoping another day will bring it down to normal. Blood work did not show anything concerning. With today's hospitalization, the bill is estimated at 767.00. We could really use help paying this.

I just dropped Precious off at the vet. We were here yesterday but she still has a temp over 105. We can't afford a huge vet bill but she deserves to feel better. If you can, we would appreciate donations towards the bill. Yesterday was around 150.00. Just saw this on Sam's club. We always are in need of wet food. The limit is 4 and I will be buying the limit. If you would like to help us out we would appreciate it.
