Outcast K9 Training will be starting a new Beginner class Nov 8th. This class will be for 6 weeks and cover the following:
Walking on leash properly, sit, down, stay, recall, return, no jumping and basic manners. At the end of the class, you will be able to take the AKC CGC test or the AKC STAR puppy test.

So lucky to be working with Cleburne County Middle School (CCMS) and their "facility dog" (Juice). Yesterday was our first session and can tell both dog and handler are very eager to learn.

I will be doing a few seminars with the students of CCMS this year discussing the importance of how to act, treat and engage with dogs. Also going to talk about proper care and exercise when owning a dog.

I am so excited for this opportunity to educate the young people in hopes that our future dog owners/handlers have successful and pleasant experiences owning dogs.

A.S.D.A. PHILOSOPHY
A Street Dog is absolutely no use to you, the owner, if you cannot safely take it with you in public. At an A.S.D.A. Competition, we give you every opportunity to test the training of your dog and your ability to make good decisions and handle your dog safely. We stress obedience and we frown on dogs that make their own decisions regarding protection.
