A little September check-in from the ranch 🤍

The last few months have been full of sweet moments, busy days, familiar faces, and plenty of time spent with our four-legged crew. 🐴🐮 As we head into a new month and a new season, we’re feeling extra grateful for this little place, the animals who make it so special, and every person who gets to experience Eirene Ranch with us. Here’s to more slow mornings, dusty boots, happy animals, and all that September has in store. 🤎

Meet Kimberly, our August Volunteer Spotlight 🤍 Kimberly is one of the wonderful volunteers who gives her time caring for and spending time with our horses. She’s also a talented artist and has shared her creativity with Eirene Ranch through a beautiful painting you may recognize in our community room! 🎨🐴 We’re so grateful for the time and heart Kimberly pours into Eirene Ranch and for all the ways our volunteers help make this place so special.

There is something special about gathering together in a place where healing, hope, and community meet. 🫶🏻 The Buddy the Bull Stampede is more than a race. It’s an opportunity to slow down, connect, and spend the day at a ranch built on the belief that restoration is possible.
Run the trails. Ride the trails. Bring your family. Meet Buddy. Listen to live music. Enjoy good food. Most importantly, experience the heart behind Eirene Ranch! This event is a celebration of everything that makes this place so special. The relationships built here, the stories shared here, the lives touched here, and the sense of peace so many people experience when they step onto the ranch. Whether you’re an experienced runner, an avid mountain biker, or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend the day, there’s a place for you here.

The race will take participants through some of the most beautiful parts of Eirene Ranch, with both running and biking routes designed to give you a true ranch experience. Whether you’re there to compete, enjoy the trails, or simply support the mission, there’s something for everyone. But this event is about so much more than crossing the finish line. The first-ever Buddy the Bull Stampede is happening November 7th at Eirene Ranch with both a 5K Run + 15K Mountain Bike race! 🐂 Our overall 1st place man AND woman in both races will each receive:
• A Buddy the Bull stuffed animal 🐂
• A trail at Eirene Ranch named after them for an entire year
• A jar of Jarhead Honey 🍯

And there’s more! In each age group for both the 5K Run and 15K Mountain Bike, 1st, 2nd & 3rd place will receive their own commemorative Buddy the Bull Stampede belt buckle. 🤠🏆
