🚨 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE — PLEASE READ 🚨

Zen is officially fully booked until mid-March! 🐾

I am overwhelmed with joy and pride to have a full schedule, and I can’t thank you enough for trusting me with your babies. Thank you, especially, to everyone who has already booked ahead for 2027! Your support means more to me than I can say. 💚

This is my final reminder about the importance of booking ahead. I have sent out many reminders, and I want to be as clear as possible: if you do not book your appointments in advance, I most likely will not have a time slot available when you need one.

I can no longer keep squeezing appointments into an already full schedule. I’ve been overworking and overbooking myself, and it’s taking a toll on me. When I stretch myself too thin, I can’t show up as the groomer I want to be for you and your pets. They deserve my patience, attention, and care—and I need to protect the time and energy it takes to give them that.

Please know that it truly hurts me to turn clients away. I love and care about you and your pets so much, and saying no is never easy. But I need to be honest about what I can take on.

If you haven’t booked ahead, please reach out as soon as possible to schedule your future appointments. And if my availability no longer works for your family and you need a recommendation for another groomer, please reach out—I’m happy to help.

Thank you for understanding, planning ahead, and supporting me as I work to make Zen a place where I can give every pet the care they deserve. 💚🐾
