Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment unless I’ve specifically asked you to come early or it has been discussed prior to appointment.

I carefully schedule my day to give each dog the one-on-one attention they deserve. Arriving too early can disrupt the pet currently being groomed, and I want every dog to receive their full pampering experience.

We did it! ❤️

Because of this incredible community, Mariah now has a car of her own and there is money left over to help cover several months of insurance. The dealership went above and beyond, working with us every step of the way and making sure she had a safe, reliable vehicle.

I’m truly amazed by how many people came together to make this happen. Every grooming appointment, donation, share, and word of encouragement made a difference.

For the first time in her life, Mariah has the freedom to get where she needs to go without waiting on someone else. That kind of independence is life-changing.

✨ Scheduling Update from Zen Pampered Paws ✨

First, thank you all for keeping me so busy! Your support means the world to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

At this time, I am booked through mid-July. If your pup is due for grooming, please reach out as soon as possible so we can get your next appointment on the schedule. You are always welcome to message me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you sooner if a spot becomes available, but at the moment even my backup and cancellation list is filling up quickly.

To best serve my clients and maintain the quality, calm environment that Zen is known for, I will be prioritizing appointments for clients who book in advance and stay on a regular grooming schedule. I have sent out several reminders recently, and unfortunately I am no longer able to consistently overbook myself to accommodate last-minute scheduling requests.

I truly appreciate your understanding and support. Planning ahead helps ensure your pup gets the appointment time they need and allows me to continue providing the one-on-one care your dogs deserve. ❤️
