🌸 Happy May! As we are going into our summer months we want to put some reminders out there! 🌸

✨At this time we are currently scheduling 10 weeks out and are unable to take on any new clients. (Clients must have visited us in the last year to be current.) We highly encourage our clients to pre-book appointments to ensure your dog can stay on the schedule that you prefer and to avoid long wait times to get in with your favorite groomer!

✨Abigail will be on maternity June-August. When she returns she will be taking appointments Tuesday-Friday unless pre scheduled by her. She is currently booking for September! Laura will continue to book Monday-Thursday and Tiffany Monday-Friday.

✨Please be courteous of appointment times and make sure to communicate with your groomer if there is a conflict. Laura and I will do our best to stay on time and get as many people in as we can while Abbie is away! Appointment times may run a little longer than normal but we will always call or text when a dog is finished. Arriving early can excite or stress out a dog which can lead to a longer appointment, and/or your groomer to get behind on schedule so we ask if clients can please call or text if there are any questions regarding an appointment.

✨As always, the state of Iowa requires all dogs to be current on their Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations and proof is required before any services can be provided. Please verify these with your vet before making an appointment. Copies can be sent to us via email or text ahead of time for a shorter drop off time. We will do our best to help remind owners of them coming due but it is the responsibility of the owner to make sure these are current before an appointment.

❗️We are open 8am-4:30pm. Early drop offs are always welcome following our opening time, but will not expedite your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you give us a 24hrs notice so your spot can be filled and to avoid a late cancellation fee.

🌸 PLEASE READ! We have been maintaining a schedule that is currently 6-8 weeks booked out, and with that we have decided at this time we will no longer be able to accept new clients. 🍀 March is here and we are getting anxious for spring! 🌸 Our updated pricing will start tomorrow and if you have any questions about your dog’s price don’t hesitate to reach out! 🍀 Over the next week or so we will be switching to a new card reader company so we would like to encourage our customers to pay cash to avoid having to pay card fees! 🌸 We also want to remind everyone that we are fully booked for March already, and want to continue to encourage everyone to re-book their appointments so you don’t have to wait long to get in with us! 🍀

♥️🩷 We have been feeling the love this February! So much that you all have us booked for March already! We are so incredibly thankful for our clients choosing us to spoil your babies everyday! 🩷♥️

🐾 At this time we will only be able to take on new dogs needing haircuts that are under 40lbs. Dogs only needing a bath may vary in size/weight depending on groomer availability. As always if you have any questions regarding pricing or availability you can call or text us at 515-842-0123! 🐾
