💛🖤 THE TEJ RIDER MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME IS FOR EVERYONE! 🖤💛

We want to make one thing very clear… ANYONE can be mentored! 🙌

Whether you’re just starting out, preparing for your first ESNZ show, competing regularly, or simply looking for some extra support throughout the season, this programme is for YOU!

There is no minimum jumping height, experience level or age requirement. Our goal is to create an inclusive, supportive environment where riders can learn, grow and make the most of their 2026/27 season.

✨ And here’s the best part… you can be BOTH a mentor AND a mentee!

Just because you have experience to share doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from someone else’s knowledge too! We all have something to learn, and something to offer.

Whether it’s navigating ESNZ registrations, course walking, building confidence, setting goals or preparing for competitions, there’s always an opportunity to support one another.

The only requirement is that participants are current TEJ members.

💛 No matter your level or experience, we encourage you to get involved. This programme is about bringing our Taranaki Show Jumping & Show Hunter community together and helping each other succeed!

🔗 Expressions of interest are open NOW! Complete the Google Form linked below to get involved.

Let’s make the 2026/27 season one of learning, encouragement and community! 💛🖤
