Meet Nellie and Jasper 🐶 both of these beautiful dogs belong to our nurse Sharon 🥰

- Nellie here is pictured at 8 weeks and 3 years. Nellie loves a walk, but when she isn’t out and about enjoys a good meal at home (along with the occasional treat of course!) 🥕

- Jasper here is pictured at 8 weeks and 4 years old. Jasper loved going for a swim and an explore, much like Nellie, always loved a treat at home, along some leaves 🍁 sadly missed and much loved by us alll ❤️

Happy Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation Day! 📞🐾

Today we’re celebrating the wonderful people who are quite literally the friendly face and voice of Brookend Vets! ❤️

Our reception team are the ones who answer the phones, book appointments, organise prescriptions, take payments, answer “just one quick question” (which is never quite as quick as expected! 😂), reassure worried owners and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

They somehow manage to juggle a ringing phone, a queue at the desk, a poorly pet and a hundred questions — all while keeping a smile on their faces! 🐶🐱🐰

Thank you to our amazing reception team for everything you do for our clients, their pets and the whole Brookend Vets family. 💕

We couldn’t do it without you! 🥰

Happy Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation Day! 🎉🐾
